VOID IN HAWAII AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OFFERED ONLY IN THE 49 CONTINENTAL STATES OF THE U.S. AND D.C. AND IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THOSE AREAS ONLY.

1. How to Enter: The American Idol™ – All Star Challenge™ Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins on March 27, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. PT and ends on April 28, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. PT ("Sweepstakes Period"). For purposes of this Sweepstakes, all times refer to Pacific Time ("PT"). To enter, access the Sweepstakes home page at http://www.idoldvdgame.com ("Web Site"). Then complete and thereafter transmit the entry form ("Entry"). Information required on Entry (collectively "Entry Information") consists of your complete first and last name, complete home address (including zip code, no P.O. Boxes), daytime telephone number (including area code), date of birth, and email address. Limit one (1) Entry per person/ per email address per day. Entries in excess of the stated limit will be disqualified. Entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. PT on April 28, 2006. All required Entry Information must be completed in full. If an entrant is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must obtain parental/legal guardian consent prior to entering the Sweepstakes or submitting any personally identifiable information. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void.

2. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents of the forty-nine (49) Continental States and District of Columbia, who are physically located and residing therein (excluding Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions), who are 13 years of age or older as of March 27, 2006. Employees of Screenlife, LLC ("Sponsor"), FremantleMedia North America, Inc., American IdolTM 19 TV Ltd, Skycastle Entertainment, Inc., Sullivan Compliance Company, and those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this Sweepstakes, and their advertising or promotion agencies, parent companies, agents, directors, officers, subsidiaries or affiliates, service providers, and/or any other persons or entities directly associated with this Sweepstakes (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities"), members of the immediate families (spouses, siblings, children, parents), and/or persons living in the same households (whether related or not) as such persons are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

3. PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING: Three (3) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize consists of a trip for winner and one guest ("Guest") to Los Angeles, CA to attend a taping of the American Idol™ Show (The "Show"). Trip includes round trip coach-class air transportation for winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion to Los Angeles, CA; standard hotel accommodations (one room/double occupancy) for two (2) nights; two tickets to the Show; airport/hotel ground transportation; and $35 toward hotel/Show/hotel transportation (awarded in the form of a check for Grand prize winners only) ("Trip"). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize is $1,800.00. Air transportation provided only if winner resides more than 100 miles from Los Angeles, CA. If a Grand Prize winner is a resident of a state that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian. If a travel guest is a resident of a state that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be the winner. Grand prize winners and their guests must be able to travel on dates/times selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion, currently expected to be between May 8 to May 18, 2006, or forfeit the prize and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. Fifty (50) First Prizes: Each First Prize consists of one (1) American Idol™ – All Star Challenge™ Game on DVD. ARV of each First Prize is: $34.95. Fifty (50) Second Prizes: Each Second Prize consists of one (1) American Idol™ – All Star Challenge™ T-Shirt. ARV of each Second Prize is: $20.00. Total ARV of all prizes is: $8,147.50. Odds of winning a prize depends on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes period. Specific Grand Prize travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel and hotel availability, holiday/blackout dates and other prize and travel restrictions. Grand Prize Hotel accommodations are subject to applicable laws and regulations and hotel policy. Grand Prize Show tickets subject to availability. Once determined, no change, extension or substitution of Grand Prize dates are permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. If a Grand Prize Travel Guest is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, winner must be his/her parent/legal guardian. Each Grand Prize winner and respective Guest must take air travel on same itinerary. If a Grand Prize winner elects to partake in trip with no Guest, no additional compensation will be awarded. Winners are solely responsible for all costs, incidentals, and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as being included, including but not limited to (in the case of Grand Prize Winners) additional ground transportation, souvenirs, phone calls, gratuities and meals. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for any prize (or prize component), except that Sponsor may substitute a prize (or prize component) for one of equal value for any reason. In the event that a Grand Prize component, including but not limited Show, is not available for any reason, then remaining elements of Grand Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to Grand Prize winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Limit one (1) prize per person/family/household. Any depiction of prizes is for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state, or other taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Grand Prize Winners will receive an IRS Form 1099 from the Sponsor for the total ARV of the Grand Prize (stated herein), as applicable, for the calendar year such winner won such prize.

4. Drawing and Notification: Potential winners will be randomly selected in a drawing held on or about May 1, 2026 ("Drawing Date") from among all eligible Entries received by Sweepstakes Administrator. Potential winners will be notified by phone, mail and/or email within approximately two weeks of Drawing Date. Prize notifications will be shipped to addresses within the 49 continental U.S. only. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted (three (3) phone call attempts within a period of one (1) business day and/or email reply within one (1) business day from email notification for Grand Prize winner, after a reasonable effort has been exerted for First Prize winners), if he/she are found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or do not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified and alternate potential winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. General Conditions: Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state, and local laws (collectively "Rules and Laws"). Potential Grand Prize winners (his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor), at Sponsor’s sole discretion, may be required to execute, sign, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a Publicity Release and any other documentation that Sponsor requires (collectively "Affidavit/Release"), within three (3) days after receipt by potential winner or potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Travel Guests (their parent/legal guardian if deemed to be a minor) at Sponsor’s sole discretion, may be required to execute, sign, have notarized and return a Liability Release, a Publicity Release and any other documentation that Sponsor requires, within three (3) days after receipt by potential winner. If a winner is a resident of a state that deems him/her to be a minor, prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian. Each potential GP winner and his/her travel guest will be required to fax his/her Affidavit/Release, along with a valid driver’s license or government issued form of identification, prior to the three-day deadline. A faxed Affidavit/Release and travel guest Release will have the same force as the original. By returning the completed Affidavit/Release, Grand Prize winners attest to the authenticity of his/her winning Entry. Once submitted, Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Any personal information supplied by entrants to Sponsor or its affiliates will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Thus, except where prohibited by law and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: (1) entry and/or a winner’s (winner’s parent/legal guardian, if winner is minor) acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use winner’s name, address (city and state), photo, likeness, biographical information, statement and voice for advertising/publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further notice to or compensation in connection with said Sweepstakes or prize awarded and (2) Sponsor has the right to modify, edit, adapt, electronically alter, use, assign and/or dispose of such Entries however it sees fit and for any purpose without any notice or compensation to entrant or any third parties. Sponsor will not provide any personally identifying information of minors, regardless of its source, to any third party without the express written consent of entrant’s parent/legal guardian. Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with this Sweepstakes will be prosecuted and is not eligible for a prize. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify Sweepstakes or any portion(s) thereof and conduct the drawing from among all salvageable eligible Entries received, if any. In case of a dispute over the identity of the entrant who submitted a winning Entry, Sponsor reserves the right to deem the registered subscriber of the email account to be the entrant.

6. Disclaimers: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for multiple Entries beyond those authorized by these Official Rules. Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), or Entries that are illegible, late, tampered with, forged, incomplete, misdirected, lost, misplaced, stolen, destroyed, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and such entries will be disqualified. By entering Sweepstakes, entrants agree and acknowledge to be bound by the Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects; and to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws, and that Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in this Sweepstakes; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry Information; acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of any prize awarded herein; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, internet service provider; interruption or inability to access Sweepstakes, Web Site or online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to any entrant’s (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of this Sweepstakes; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of one of the Sweepstakes Entities. Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations and/or delays or any change by the air carrier(s), lodging facilities, Show, or other company or any other persons providing any of components of the prize for the Grand Prize winners and their Guests due to reasons beyond Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Entities’ control. Entrants further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes, to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Sweepstakes Entities, and hereby acknowledge that said Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to prizes including express warranties provided exclusively by the prize suppliers that are sent along with a prize.

Names of Winners/Rules: For the names of the winners or for an additional copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: American Idol™ – All Star Challenge™ Sweepstakes "RULES"/"NAME OF WINNERS" (specify which), P.O. Box 6493, Burbank, CA 91510. All requests must be received by June 28, 2006. Winner’s name may also be posted on Web Site.
