Playing the Game
Players start by creating and customizing a Hollywood Hopeful as they embark on the ultimate quest to achieve Hollywood A-list status. Playing quizzes and solving trivia puzzles correctly earns "GlitzTM" - in game currency. Glitz helps characters climb the Hollywood status ladder and can be used to buy items in the "BlingTM Store": luxury vacation homes, pets, vehicles, the hippest clothing and accessories all modeled after current celebrity fashions, and fads.
Players can invite friends to join their entourage and will receive bonus Glitz for every quiz they take. The bigger the entourage, the more Glitz players can earn. Compare quiz results with others on the site and challenge friends to beat your score. Wager Glitz and make predictions on upcoming Hollywood events, ranging from award ceremonies' winners to Reality TV challenges. As players achieve new levels they generate "news headlines" on a running ticker, which announces their rise in the ranks to friends and entourage members.
